Took my kids here on June 11th around 7:30 pm. The three young men that took our order and helped our kids and us with everything was great. This was probably the best customer service we’ve had in over 10 years. Great place to take your kids.

I was really excited to have ice cream! But, the ice cream was terrible. The whole disaster starts at the price. It was 13 dollars for 3 ice cream cones. Who the heck will pay 13 dollars for ice cream. REDICULAS. After we ordered, we probaly waited about 10 minutes for the drive thru to go through. There were only 2 cars in front of us! Then we head to pick up our ice cream, the 1st and 2nd ice cream were melting like they have been set out for 5 minutes. The 3rd ice cream was better. I ended up throwing away my ice cream because it dripped all over me. Also, the ice cream tasted gritty. So, my wonderful grandma took me to McDonald’s and got me a better a good priced ice cream. I will never come here again. And the service was not so great either.

Jill said she was the manager on duty on 7/28/23. She didn’t care that I was the customer. She barely let me get two words in, over talked me, very rude/disrespectful, horrible customer service. She told me that she was too busy and she didn’t have time for me but I already pre ordered my cake and paid for it. Order for my cake was not written down correctly which then made my cake not be accurate per my requests and order. When I asked to speak to some higher than her she told me to call back tomorrow and hung up. Overall a horrible experience with this particular staff member. As long as Jill works at this location I would advise for people to stay away so you don’t get the same disrespect and unfair treatment like I did.

Placed an online order and went inside to pickup the order at the specified time that the email said the food will be ready. It took over 45 minutes after we arrived there and They asked us 4 times what order. In the meantime there were 10 other people who went in line, ordered their food, and then got their food while we stood there. I can understand a place that’s short staffed, but if this were just because of being short staffed, we should have gotten our food before the people who came in after us because our order was put in 30 minutes before we were even inside.

All the food my grandchildren ordered was good and not at all soggy and the French fries were hot and crispy and the favorite was the ice-cream the food came just as we sat down the shakes were good and reasonably priced and no paper strawsthey were plastic and didn’t collapse like the paper
