We order 2 cheese burgers, onion rings, 2 orders of wings, and crab sticks. This store is the worst never gets our order right. Never again. Gave us what was suppose to be a cheeseburger wirh provolone cheese, end up getting a double hamburger with steak sauce. Never ever again.

This is my second time ordering since new management. I never had issues before. My orders were always good. I would like to say the customer service was great and the honey garlic wings and fries were cooked to perfection. Not fried hard and the seasoning had just a slight kick of heat.

So I sent my wife to get some food at 9:09pm they say it’s closed and we’re cleaning up but the store was still open. I call other Americas best wings they say 10pm the owner needs to hire a new crew who takes pride in what they do. Y’all need to do better

The wings are always good (typical ABW), but they have you waiting forever. I never had the issue of waiting, even though I called the order in at other locations. It’s never really crowded, so I never get why they take so long. Still I like my wings, so I just go and order versus calling and still having to wait anyway. If you call your order in at 6pm, get there at 6:20pm, you’ll be leaving be 6:45pmish. Def not a good look time wise and that’s probably why it’s never really crowded. I absolutely hate waiting when I call to AVOID it. If they didn’t fry my wings hard like I liked them every time, I would have gave it one star.
