Poor customer service! Ordered a burger well done. When I got my meal, there was raw beef on part of my bun and my burger was very undercooked. The owner took the patty back to cook and it still came back pink! It took several attempts to cook it to well done. Then the owner explained they never know if the burgers are done bc they don’t want to “touch people’s food.” What?! It’s called timing how long it takes to cook a medium rare vs. a well done burger or cutting a small section in the middle to check! Beats having to send the same burger back 2-3x! Figure it out! while I appreciate the apology, nothing else was done. I’ve never had this many issues with one meal and not been offered a free drink or a discount for the inconvenience. We were nice enough not to make a big deal out of it and even leave a tip, but we will never go back.

Great food. Everything we ordered was fresh and tasty. The place is clean and decorated nicely and the waitress was quick and attentive. We did pass it by when we were looking for it but we’re quickly redirected back.

Southside Grille is a tiny little sit down restaurant with big flavor. They have a small bar but pretty sure it’s only beer wine. The food is excellent and all hand made right there on the grille. They often have daily specials that are not normally on the menu, such as London broil sub w au jus dip, Mahi Mahi fingers etc. They carry Boars head meats and provisions. Service is excellent but can be strained when the place is full and the phone is ringing off the hook for to-go orders. They make a really good Reuben sandwich and have several wraps that are excellent.

Great deli/sandwich shop! Highly reccomend! I grabbed the French dip off the menu and wife grabbed a soft crab sandwich. French dip was perfectly toasted. The au jus dip was spot on. wife is a bit of a soft crab sandwich connoisseur so strong critique. She said 8/10 and very happy with it. Kids split the 1/2lb hotdog and we got mozzarella wedges as an app. Kids liked the food also.
