DO NOT ORDER ON THE KFC APP!!! YOU WILL GET DOUBLE CHARGED!!! After tonight, I’ll never buy KFC again, and I recommend you do the same. I ordered the $10 eight piece bucket on the app, and went to pick it up. I get there and realize that I was double charged! The cashier said that I had to call KFC themselves, so that’s what I did right then and there. I was on hold for a total of 25 mins and spoke to 2 different people, and still didn’t get a refund. It took 8 more calls and a 24 hour period before they finally gave me a refund. They didn’t offer to give me a coupon or anything for my trouble. One thing to note is that I’ve never had this double charge issue when ordering from any other restaurant’s app, so part of me thinks this was a deliberate scam. Btw, the actual chicken that I got was not fresh…as if it had been cooked earlier and reheated right before I got there.

KFC can be hit or miss, but this time it was great. Was working in the yard today so I was hungry. Got the big box chicken sandwich meal. Expensive but worth it. Ate i side and the service was fast and friendly. Nice job kfc team

The last 2 times I’ve been here they have gotten my order wrong. I know I’m partially to blame for not checking my order but, it is so frustrating. The young lady at the window with pink hair was not friendly and the chicken seemed old and didn’t taste right.

They had the dining room open at lunchtime when I went in to get carryout, which is a huge thumbs up in my book to start the experience. Staff was friendly, soda from fountain in lobby was good and not flat or watered down like you get sometimes at fast food restaurants. Food was ready in a timely manner and dipping sauces were offered and given. Chicken tenders and biscuit were good, soft and fresh. Fries were a little undercooked I think but I don’t go there for the fries included in the tender combos so that wasn’t a big bother for me or decrease my rating. Five star experience in my book and would go again.

got a 20$ fill up and this was supposed to be a eight piece bucket.. Nope only six.. & the two large mashed potatoes I got as sides had enough in them both for a total of three servings. Minus the gravy.. no gravy at all. Plus chuncked onions in the cole slaw. The only thing good I’ve got to say was the Cashier’s customer service @the drive thru this evening.
