Visited the new location in my hometown west branch, Michigan. Not to thrill with all the hype on TV, you would think their subs are like gold. I was not happy. The flavor of the bread itself was incredible, as well as the turkey I had. But they obliterated give you 2 very small skinny pieces of bacon . And when they asked if I wanted the sandwich toasted, I said no thank you, but I would like the bacon warm, please. Not 1 time but 3 times I tried reminding the person making it. And they never did. Said they did. But never did. And they don’t really have anything other than lettuce tomatoes inning and peppers to put on Anni thing you get. That is it. And mayo. So, unfortunately, I won’t be returning to their establishment. Very nice people, though

Just stopped in. Usually a quick stop. Good food. There was nine workers. My wife ordered a Philly sandwich. They told us the grill was backed up and it would take 10 minutes. 20 minutes later we got the food. Looked like a circus back there. Just not a great look

We had experienced for the first time a sub at Jersey Mike’s few weeks ago in west branch. Absolutely loved them! Had tried them at 2 other locations since and loved them! Went back to the west branch one last night. Was disappointed that it wasn’t as pleasant this time. Lots of people working who didn’t seem to have it together at all. Its like they all ate gummies or something. There should be the wrappers lying out for the next done sub to be put on, not on the dirty counter for contamination then moved to a wrapper.
