I went through drive thru and ordered for my family. They missed my husband’s meals so I drove back around, no big deal because it happens… however when I told them at the speaker they missed it the girl initially asked me to come inside….I did drive thru so I wouldn’t have to get my 3 year old out. They had me pull to the window instead and gave me our missing food. I got home and we realized there wasn’t any gravy with the mashed potatoes and they had messed up the cheesy gordia crunch I had ordered. So frustrated with this visit

I have order a Mexican Pizza with 2 crunchy tacos (#9). I lived 5 minutes from Taco Bell/KFC. Time I got home the crunchy tacos were very soggy with lots of seasoning water. There was a dirty napkin waddle up on top of the pizza inside the box. I called and talked to the manager and she pretty much accused me that I must put the dirty napkin in the box and of course the crunchy tacos would be soggy.She stated that they are out of napkins nor white. She did not apologize and hung up the phone on me. This fast food restaurant is very poorly with service and food. I recommend for this restaurant to be investigate.

Don’t waste your time or money to eat at this place. This place does not even deserve one star! I have ordered a Chicken Power bowl 3 different times in the last 6 weeks. I have been charged the full price and neither time it didn’t have black beans. I have asked for a refund and they gave me a refund. Then l left and went to Taco Bell at Hwy 73 & 16, Denver, NC and was able to get a Chicken power bowl with all the ingredients. NO management skills at this place!!!!
