I go to Dunkin every morning I live right next to it! The staff is very RUDE! I ordered my food the worker hands Me the bag with blood on it. I asked her why there is blood on the bag pointing it out to her. She rips the bag out of my hand telling me very rudely that it’s jelly from the donuts but didn’t order any donuts I told her I wouldn’t except it and would not pay for it that I would like the order replaced with a different bag she dumped the food into a different bag and handed it to me again with blood on it so I asked for a refund she started to get loud with me . The manager came over told her to walk away and gave me my refund. The coffee is never right and when I ask them to fix it they get Soo upset. I think all staff needs to be retrained and take a class to learn how to treat the customers!

Waited 30 minutes for my mobile order 4 weeks ago. One employee had a major attitude towards a customer that had a order wrong. Wasn’t until the cops showed up that the customer called and they finally remade it. Didn’t make any other orders. The only other employee there was dumb founded and didn’t know what to do. A month later and I’m still waiting for a response from Dunkin. Will go there again. Also did not have the food I ordered.
