Asian Fusion & American food is what we love to serve!! Food orders & payment are performed at the counter. We do not take orders at the table. Our version of Fusion is multiple Asian dishes with OUR twist on it, so don’t expect the run of the mill or the same food you get at your hometown Asian joint. All of our stir-fries are made to order, meaning they aren’t made ahead of time sitting in a warmer waiting to be scooped on a plate. You can add or remove items to make it more to your liking (excluding a few marked items). As far as the American portion of the menu, we added that so that there is something for all.

We really should have read all the reviews! We were up visiting family and figured we’d try it for something a little different. We ordered at the counter and then had to try to find seating for 3 adults and 2 kids. They didn’t have a table big enough to accommodate so we had to sit at 2 different tables. The staff was really sweet and messed up our order and was quick and got the cook to make another one for us. The food unfortunately for almost $100 was not good. I grew up in NY so I’m picky about Chinese food and it didn’t hit the mark for me at all. Out of 3 adults, only one liked their food. He got the sweet and sour pork which I tried and liked. The kids liked their food but they got burgers and fries.

I love the food here! I could spend all day raving about Tiens! Staff are the friendliest bunch in town. I’ve never ordered anything that wasn’t mouth watering delicious. If I had to recommend one meal it would be to try the special of that day. Always different and never less than amazing and fresh. Like I said, mouth watering. Dinner here was very nice. Pictured here are sesame chicken, wonton soup, and combo (aka fried) rice. Everything was flavorful and fresh with good portions. I especially liked the wonton soup – I had never had it prepared that way but it was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive. Overall I was surprised to find a Chinese restaurant of this quality here in Montana.

Coming from Chicago, I wouldn’t say I had the highest hopes finding good Asian food in Columbia Falls, MT but I was totally wrong! Tien’s was a lovely experience from the food quality to the service! Loved the assortment of included sauces as well. Between the dishes that I tried, I’d definitely recommend the Sesame chicken because it was AMAZING!
