Jersey Mikes was not a complete disappointment but I will say it is pricey for the size of sandwich that you get compared to other sandwich shops. I got the regular Turkey sandwich Mikes way, chips and drink around $16-$17. The seating is very limited and the overall store is cramped especially when busy. I must say that my sandwich was good but if I’m going to spend this kind of money on food I’m going to a sit down restaurant and eat more comfortable. We had to sit outside due to limited space in 100 degrees weather.

always clean anytime i have gone inside. staff is friendly, and fast. they try their best to get the line moving out of the door despite rude impatient customers who have no idea how the food industry works. food is amazing and veggies are always fresh! i reccomended the stubborn sodas they have at the fountain! amazing. will come back.

My wife waited over an hour for 2 sandwiches because they had put one of our sandwiches in with someone else’s order. She said the guy in front of her waited over an hour and finally gave up and got a refund. I almost gave this a 2 star review but the sandwich was pretty good and the staff at least gave my wife a buy 1 get 1 free coupon for the next visit. It’s probably better to put your order in online well in advance of when you want to pick it up.

Great to see a JM open in the hill country! Took my parents for lunch the day after their grand opening – the line was out the door!! However… we were seated and enjoying our sandwiches within 10-15 minutes! Great staff, very friendly and efficient! I will be back again and again!
