Thought we’d try this new Starbuck’s near our house. Not impressed. All three drinks we ordered came out at different times, but this is pretty much the norm at all Starbuck’s lately. By the time the last person receives their drink, the first person is finished. I read a review about how cozy this location is. It’s not. Just rows of benches and a row of tables. It’s not a very welcoming environment. My son had to ask for a straw for his frappacino. There are no straws or cup sleeves available. You must ask for them. Why would you not have those things readily available? There’s no sugar or sweetener packets available either. When my son asked for a straw and then later I asked for a sleeve, the employee just slid the straw and the sleeve across the counter to us. The sleeve nearly slid onto the floor.

sat at the speaker for a solid 10 minutes before someone answered, by the time i pulled around the window was shut, when he finally opened it after what felt like another ten minutes, he said nothing, not even mentioning my total, overall i’m disappointed and will not be returning to this location
