One of the best chipotles that I have ever been too. Moved from Ohio where I had my go to chip which I knew would always provide quality. Well I’m glad to say I have found the location that I will frequent for years to come. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Everything is always fresh and warm. Staff on 04.08 afternoon time, is my favorite and always kills it. Thank you 🙂

In response to my review below I was told by chipotle to contact them using the same process I had already used & had been told it’s too late for them to do anything to correct the situation. Told me to use “Contact us”, which makes you use Pepper, the chat bot, then lets you connect to their live person Jose. Then Jose tells you tough luck.

Your typical Chipotle. The food is average and the service depends on who you find there. Some are friendly, some are too rushed to bother about you. The overall feeling is they want to get rid of you as fast as possible. No drive thru window any more.

Staff was rude and pushy , although it was late in the night the store didn’t close until 10 pm . We walked in to get some food noticed there wasn’t enough rice for all the bowls and politely asked if more could be made . A associative responded that’s all we have and no I will not make more . We asked why and he said because and I don’t have a explanation but if you have a complaint you can grab a business card and pointed to the register area. I was not enthused with the treatment because I wasn’t rude I just needed bowls made . I have never had a issue at any other store so I was highly upset . ( my tip would be please try and be more kind in the future to paying customers )

Ordered 2 cheese quesadilla for a quick snack and the lady on counter, without asking much, charged me $8.5 each. When asked after billing, she and the manager unapologetically told that this is what it is for adults. Mind you, the “adult quesadilla” is not even put on the menu.
