Biscuit and gravy is the best thing on the menu. Hot dogs and chicken strips are greasy and over cooked. Young employees needs training on how to talk to customers. They need manners. Bathroom is clean lots of parking. Employees need to clean tables inside.

I told them I had a gluten sensitivity when ordered. Normally people will just change their gloves, but one guy went above and beyond, making new patties, changing all of the spoons and anything that the line cook would have touched after touching a burger bun or chicken tender. I felt so taken care of and had no gluten reactions. Best Dairy Queen experience to date.

The only downside is the small restrooms, which handle only one person at a time. My hiking group likes to stop there after hiking in the Gorge or at Natural Bridge, but we sometimes choose another place b/c of better resteoom facilities.

I love dairy queen and this franchise in particular but tonight when I went through the drive thru there was at least 4-5 people standing around while one young girl was taking orders and running around all over the place by herself and she kept apologizing for the service. I don’t think it’s fair she had to apologize for something that wasn’t her fault when she wasn’t getting any help from coworkers.
