Terrible terrible experience to customer service the food the environment all of it was terrible. I was given the driest how old and most stale cuts of meat that I’ve ever had at a dickeys barbecue pit I will never ever go back to this location. And t when I did return the order that I received, the lady put the food back into your the serving serving tray for other customers this was disgusting.

Our first time at dickeys. Was not impressed. Spent $40 and the meat was hard and not edible. The tea was sour and when we told them they didn’t care nor did they change it. They forgot our ribs. Just all around bad experience. do not recommend. They need to take more pride in their BBQ

I visited for the first time and like others I was not impressed. We ordered the 2 meat and 3 meat “plates”.when I went to pick it up o noticed that the food was in a rather small bag. The portions are small to say the least it looks way bigger from the pictures. I’ve gone to other bbq places and paid less than here and got more bang for my buck. My tangled onions were greasy and salty. I originally ordered chicken with one of my plates but they didn’t have any so we subbed for more brisket..so for the courtesy call for that ill give them 2 stars for customer service.

I’m not sure that was brisket. It looks like roast beef. Very little smoke flavor. Fried okra was half-cooked. Poor service – had to wait for someone to appear from the back. No one in the front with 4 customers waiting for minutes. NOT a good experience for $16. Won’t be back.

Went in to get lunch while working in the area. The two employees acted like they didn’t see me. No hello or greeting of any kind from them. Rude ! Then I stated I was ready to order and I was told it’ll be a few minutes while one worker cut meat and the other one was just messing around in the back ignoring me. I waited for about five or more minutes with no response from them and then I just left. With this type of attitude from these employees i won’t be back. Nice job nitwits , peace out.
