I was happy with the customer service, very friendly at the drive thru, and thought I have been lucky both visits that no one else was in the drive thru, but a big disappointment with the food quality. My first visit was for a hamburger, which tasted like the grill never gets cleaned. The fries were really good. Next time was for breakfast. The pancakes were paper thin, with giant size holes and burned on the flip side, and dried and tasteless. The hash browns were mushy and super greasy. The eggs and toast were ok. I think they need to find a cook that pays attention to making good quality food. I guess that’s why the drive thru is always empty

foods decent, decent prices, but christ in heaven the service is bad, almost always have to wait for atleast 10-15 mins in the drive thru and that’s just when im the only one there its like theres only 2 or 3 people working there max ! also the drive thru speaker is pretty cheap hard to speak into

I’m a huge fan of tams burgers always go there for their cheese burger. But now that I’ve found several other restaurants offering 3/4lb patties on their burgers for the same price if not cheaper I’ve been letting tams go do to their hiked up prices. I think if tams upgrades their patties and keep their prices where they’re at then they’ll match their compensation. Until then they will no longer be my #1 choice.

Tams is a nice change from the franchise burger joints. Nice size burgers, great fries and friendly service make it a winner. Easy drive through too. The chili cheese fries are great. I recommend sharing them, it’s a generous portion.

Paid $10 for the worst chicken salad ever. I’ve been to 4 other Tams and never had an issue. The lettuce was hacked into chunks made for a wedge salad, not uniform. Very little chicken with no flavor and no cheese in sight. The ranch was watered down. First Tams that adds a boiled egg and 1/2 inch cucumber slices. I thought Tams used the same recipe throughout their franchises. I ordered through drive-thru and got 41 miles away before I found this disappointment of a salad.
