Our foursome popped in on a Saturday evening and got seated right away in the actual loft. They do take reservations, and we didn’t have one, but that could be a good idea on a busy day. We ordered up so tasty drinks, and though appetizers were tempting, we went right to the mains. Including some Loft Burgers, Sockeye Salmon, and the Spaghetti Carbonara. Everyone enjoyed their choice! I thought the flavor balance on the Carbonara was exceptional. I snagged some of the Truffle Fries from one of the burgers, and dude, those are addictively good. Service was prompt and friendly, plus we were impressed how quick food came out. Fun place, great food, and good time. We’ll be back.

My new favorite spot in Edmonds! I used to go to downtown Seattle to get food this good. The ambiance is great and the staff are very outgoing. I have had most of the menu now and I highly recommend for the appetizers the truffle fries & pork belly. For the main course the seafood risotto is just perfection. If you are not into seafood or are vegetarian the gnocchi is my second favorite. This place is the perfect spot to relax with friends after a long day and the bartender knows how to make his drinks!

My husband and I went out in late Jan for a date night. The Loft had a cozy, vibrant atmosphere with excellent mood lighting. The drinks were amazing, with good alcohol pairings and nice flavor profiles. We got dessert, which was good, not too sweet.

The food and drinks were excellent. We got the Kobe sliders, strawberry lemon drop, buratta. Amazing food. But staff seems a little grumpy, also they only do happy hour prices if you are on the lower floor (why??). So pretty pricy and it was unexpected.

Mediocre food and drinks, cooked my burger well done when I asked for medium rare. The service was ok, but it took over 5 minutes for us to be even acknowledged when we showed up for our reservation. Also, there was a rat running around the outdoor patio.

We like the backyard patio seating, it’s quiet and pleasant though there can be strong cooking smells filling the space. Food has a predictable Sysco vibe, it’s fine. Just as good as it needs to be for Edmonds. Maybe not good enough to come back to until the next time everywhere else is too crowded.
