The people that work there in the front suck. I had an order I had to pick up and it was supposed to be ready for pick up at 11:39 I got there exactly at 12:00, it took a bit of time because there is only ONE actual parking spot for the store. I walk in there and the food isn’t even ready. It seemed like they just started making the food when I walked in. About 15 minutes later finally some of the food starts coming out. It took about 45 minutes for me to get “all” the food. We ordered salads but they were “out” so they gave us something else that was disgusting and just got thrown away. Instead of packing everything in the bag the employee had me running around and looking for a coke bottle and an off brand ginger ale. Instead of telling me where it was the man just kept saying, “Go get it, you get your drink yourself.” I shouldn’t be looking for stuff in my order when my food was supposed to be done and ready for pick up 20 minutes before. The french fries were nasty and tasted like old oil. I enjoyed the actual wings but I cant tell if they were good or if I was just hungry.

If you are a real ABW fan, you know they are not all created equal. I wanted to give this one a try since it is the closest to where I currently live. Customer service was great 5/5. I ordered a 10 piece. Half mild Buffalo half honey lemon pepper. No one does honey lemon pepper like ABW. I was so disappointed in these. Not enough sauce and just not that flavorful. The Buffalo had a good amount of sauce. My only complaint was that they were more on the hot end and not mild. Fries were just okay. I would give them another try and get honey lemon pepper with extra sauce.

The menu has quite a large selection to choose from. I’m currently working my way through the many flavors of wings. I always order online and whenever I reach the store the staff is friendly and provide excellent customer service. My order is always hot/fresh and tastes amazing. Can’t wait to place another order soon.

I gave them a chance, ordered a few teriyaki wings. I loved them, they were so tasty and the wings are not small like some of these other wing places are. I LOVE how you can get hush puppies as a side item instead of just fries! The breading on those hush puppies is sooooo good. I’ll definitely try them again because I can devour 15 wings all by myself, so when I get that itch again I know where I’m heading…right there in Wheaton.
