Who doesn’t like a roast beef sandwich from time to time. This location was very clean and tidy. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable. The food was hot and fresh. My only complaint is I wish they would bring back the potato cakes! My elderly mother and I miss those. She always asks for them whenever I offer to go get her some Arby’s. And then her disappointment and her voice when she hears me tell her that they don’t sell them no more.

I have no problems when anyone accidentally gets my order wrong. It happens! What I don’t like is the old lady there tonight being rude towards me because of a miscommunication over the size of a shake. She was rude and would stare as if I’m a problem because I asked for a large. I wasn’t mad I wasn’t rude, I asked politely. She was however angry and snarky. She told the girl who took my order to get me a large as if it was a big deal. I was not mad at the one who took my order. I wish got the older lady’s name but I didn’t. I hope she has a better night and doesn’t stress over a milk shake again. I would’ve gladly paid the difference from a medium to a large is all. She also said the one who took my order asked what size I wanted. She didn’t but I did say large and again, I’m not upset by it. Just upset by how the older lady handle it.

So disappointed was looking forward to dinner, drove to this arbys because its usually better than Miller lane. $50 dollars later end up with cold food and seemingly week old fries, I understand being short staffed but this was awful and we love Arbys. The Auju was colored water .
