People who work there they don’t have any manners when today to get 2 bowls specially manager wait for mild salsa then they are giving front of me guacamole when I ask one of telling me they are out from 1:00 pm today I m seining they giving others and telling me this then other one comes and tells me they making wait for 10 minutes then I ask for manager card then one of the girl gave me hand full business card so this is a way you run the chipotle I was so mad. My kids started crying because we left without food. Shame on you. Who as manager does know how to talk Joshua, This place needs to hire some better staff and take some responsibility

This Chipotle is dirty and the staff are rude. You’re better off going to a different branch. They often run out of ingredients and when they do have ingredients, the food is sloppily put together. The staff here ignore the customers. We have gone here a few times expecting it to get better but they have consistently had poor customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This chipotle may be the worst one in America. This place consistently makes the worst, inedible, and undercooked food. It’s quite remarkable how consistently bad their food is— Chipotle should shut this place down as it is a blight on their name.

Absolutely AWFUL service! I came for my pick up order, waited over 10 minutes for help at the pick up counter creating a line of 10+ people. I asked a girl for some help and was then yelled at that everyone was clearly busy (Yes the workers were busy but that is why I waited for help for 10 minutes). Was then berated I did not ask for help as I was asking for help with my order. Did not make any sense and would rather take the extra time to drive to ANY other chipotle next time.

This place is disappointing. I like Chipotle but this location fails every time. I’ve gone three times and each time something like this happens. This time they dumped a giant pile of old grey guacamole on top of my bowl that was ice cold. Probably cold since the app told me a delivery time and the driver was 20 min late. To top it off they make it almost impossible to call the location to correct the issue. The app has nowhere to get immediate help other than a feedback rating that takes days to get a response. They don’t even provide the location phone number. Even if you can get the number which I did, there is only automation and/or full mailbox that no one responds to. So what happens is you pay $5 plus dollars for delivery for an ice cold, days old burrito bowl and there’s nothing to do about it…so you’re left mad and hungry. Believe me I wish I didn’t have to write this and it could be resolved in an easier way but that’s on chipotle.

This place needs to hire some better staff and take some responsibility for how this place is ran the food taste chewy and like it’s been out all day. The staff also a little unprofessional staring and laughing at someone is just immature and childish which is crazy to me. The entire Newtown complex is perfect and this place can be too with some minor changes. It seems like there’s a lot of negative reviews sad some places just have zero pride in what they do.

Exceptionally bad customer service, every time! Floors aren’t clean, serving area isn’t clean, employees hate you and think they’re god’s gift, they listen to their own music loudly from their phone while standing at the grill, all in all just a bad experience every time and I tried to give chipotle the benefit of the doubt. Get rid of management, observe as the employees treat the place like a trash can and despise you upon entry, clean this place up. You guys are blowing it.
