Driving up the place doesn’t even look open. The open sign is off and there are no cars in the parking lot. I placed the order at 5:23pm, I pull up to the window at 6 o’clock in the order still not ready. The guy tells me it’s going to be a wait and to go park in a parking spot and they’ll bring it out to me. What is the point of placing an order online if you get there and the order is not ready yet. This place looks in disrepair. The employees were not rude, but not friendly. There’s trash all in the parking lot. The landscaping needs to be fixed. This place looks like a hole in the wall. I won’t be back in the future.

Food was good but service needs some improvement.. Paid for our food and the guy at the window was literally throwing my debit card and the food at us . I even told him ..He didn’t care.. was still doing it with our drinks.. I asked to speak to a manager and he said one was not on duty..

This location is HORRIBLE with the customer service! I waited 45 minutes for my food and had to go in to get it after ordering at the drive thru window. Good thing I went in, he was giving my food to the customer that was in line before me. I drove to the order window and had to wait 15 minutes to give my order. I was told there were a lot of customers. (There were 4 people inside and I car already at the window. He had me wait another 15 minutes at the window and another 15 outside in a parking space before I went in. (Giving my order away!)This is unacceptable!There were 4 workers there including the manager on duty. I have a long long wait every time and this is my last time giving them my business. I’m in customer service and try to give the benefit of the doubt. No more at this location.

Despite all the bad reviews, I did not have any issues at this location. The team were fast and ally items were correct. Ordered two #8 meals (5,PC chkn strip) neither person had any complaints with the food. Drive thru cashier was amazing, he was sweet and did an outstanding job multi tasking

Highly disappointed. Ordered a three piece combo. The chicken was old and dry. When I took it back ten minutes later and approached the same cashier that took my order she told me that I couldn’t get a refund or get the meal replaced because I didn’t have a receipt. I didn’t have a receipt because I wasn’t given one. She then told me that I could pay for a new meal?!!? Unreal highly disappointed ‼️

This Popeyes is horrible. The lady taking the order inside doesn’t listen and will not put the order together correctly. Drive thru the same, ppl coming inside with wrong orders. The workers are giving ppl what they want them to have. The reason for my review is this dried out chicken when I specifically said a 3 piece dark with beans & rice. She forgets the beans & rice (give me 4 horrible pieces). I double back for it. Only to my surprise, the darn food was dried out. I had to pick over it and only ate the beans and biscuit. The guy sitting inside eating had to go back because she gave him 1 chicken strip and he said he ordered a 4 piece.
