This is my absolutely favorite place to get coffee & breakfast. Biggby is always my go to place to meet work connections and friends. The self serve coffee is always delicious. They have amazing sandwiches & muffins. My son loves the fizzy energy drinks (which he gets with no zip (caffeine) & the big cookie. The staff is friendly and this location is always clean & just got a makeover.

Just stopped by trailer side and arrived after store had closed for the day. The customer service was amazing and staff was friendly and personable. They accommodated me and served me. I only live around the corner from the place. Usually spend about 10.00 when I go and add a tip. The turkey, bacon and cheese on an everything bagel with butter is amazing! So why did I give them a1 star.. The customer service is really bad as far as customer interaction with the employees. You don’t get a good morning when you come in, by many of the staff, hardly a thank you, barely here what they say to you, no smile, very unfriendly demeanor and body language. It’s sad, young ladies, who are outside, very pretty ladies but have very little customer service skills. If they would learn to say thank you, have a good day and make the customer feel welcome and want to come back, the place could be a really nice spot. This is only on the weekdays before heading to work. Whoever the manager should really encourage and train the employees and if you did, do a refresher course. I don’t drive and it’s on the way to the bus is I would go somewhere else. Thanks

This is the worst biggby I’ve been to and will drive a little further next time to the next biggby. Customer service was terrible. I go to other biggby locations multiple times a week and all the other locations are friendly, not here, rude worker taking orders. My iced latte was completely full of grounds but they were working out of a trailer, maybe that’s why the drinks here are subpar.

I came in yesterday (April 8th) with a friend to get a drink and I absolutely loved the cute creativity on the little trivia board! My friend loves sharks and the ocean so he was extremely excited to see that as well. I hope to see more cute boards like that in the future!

My wife and I always go here for their Red Bull or Zip! mocktails. Which are always great. The coffee/lattes are usually pretty good too, but they have a bad habit of getting a decent amount of ground coffee at the bottom. I understand there’s only so much someone can do to keep that from happening, but there are times where it’s enough to ruin the drink.
