Spacious, clean, chain dining option in midtown. This fast food chain is the easiest to get a carb-free meal. The music is a little loud but it’s close to Bryant Park and Grand Central, 2 places that I needed to be on a weekday.

Ordered a burrito bowl and got a bad batch of rice, so I asked if I can get a new side of rice. The lady at the cashier really said “the rice is like that” with a bad attitude. I asked to show me and it obviously wasn’t at all mushy.

1. I did a pickup order through the app and when i came in for pickup it wasnt on the shelf. Went to ask the manager for the order but he looked at me and decided to have a conversation about different chipotle policies with a customer for 5 mins. I had to grab the attention of another employee.

Standard pick-up didn’t have to talk to anyone food was on the shelf. Some homeless people stink up the place a bit but not always. Food quantity left a bit to be desired, and I swear those beans are not made normally with the amount of bloat they cause.

The last two times I went to this restaurant, they refused cash. Today I walk in and they requested cash. I didn’t have cash on me and I also didn’t have my card on me. It wasn’t working and I was waiting for the bank to send me a new card. I told the girl, that this place never takes cash, she didn’t respond. Then she looked annoyed (at me???) and said it’s “on the house”.

Chipotle is a great place to get tacos! I just found out recently that they can do tacos a well as burritos and burrito bowls (which I always get). I tried out the veggie tacos and love them so much! I have gone back like 5 times in 2 weeks to get tacos at Chipotle. Absolutely love them!
