Good evening chanellos, I would like to inform you about tanisha Tisha not sure how to spell it but to continue I was baffled by the service she was rude my pizza nor my cheese bread came with sauce my uss norfolk was the worst no steak the bread was burt wasn’t cut lettuce was brown. I called and I just asked for a refund cause 1 they where every unprofessional and was trying to tell me that I was lying and I had to text her a picture of my sub so at that point I asked for a refund and she gone tell me she can’t do that I had to inform her I came from chanellos 2019-2022 store #32 high street I know what Yu can and can not do I asked to speak to the manager she told me she was and find out she wasnt. I dont know what kind of tomfoolery they have going on but I don’t appreciate it at all in the least slightest bit cause I know that’s not high st.

We don’t get pizza too often, but Chanello’s is our go-to when we do want take-out. I remember how good it was when I was a kid, and surprisingly, now that I have my own, I can still stay they don’t disappoint! My kids love them as much as I did, and that really makes me smile. Kinda wish they had a turkey pepperoni option, but maybe if more people ask, they will add this in the future… Their brownie and cookie desserts are yummy!

My experience started out with one star .I called in my order for a half cheese and half Hawaiian medium pizza. I had to wait 30 minutes and the pizza was all Hawaiian .First I was upset but the lady at the front counter Tamara let me know I could calm down. She told me if a mistake was made when someone took my order she would make sure it was corrected .It was that easy she was very professional and a blessing ,she was the reason for the five stars .She deserves a raise.

So happy that Chanellos were willing to make us a vegan cheese pizza with the Miyokos liquid mozzarella we brought in. The vegan veggie pizza we ordered was hot, fresh, and delicious! We hope they add vegan cheese options to their menu

Just waited an hour for $54.73 to be taken out of my account for food that they couldn’t deliver due to not having a driver, they DID NOT have the decency to call and let us know the order was cancelled, WE WAITED AN HOUR AND CALLED THEM and then we were told they didn’t have a driver. SHOULDVE ORDERED DOMINOS. Cause this place is straight trash. Good thing it wasn’t my last $54.73, bad thing is it’s now almost midnight and ya can’t order food anywhere else.

So i totally order from here all the time, especially when dominoes is telling me that their driver didn’t feel safe delivering to my house after my card was charged. And then was told they called but nobody came to my door and I live in a HOUSE. not connected to nobody. And i have a light right in my yard. So it’s not a creepy house. But anyway they have a staff that Gets me my food fast and keeps me posted on what is going on with my order. I am very happy I stay close enough to order from there. My food is usually always fresh and hot and if not they make sure they make it right next time guaranteed once you call them. There is a woman that works there that is so helpful. I call so much she knows my voice. Lol but keep up the great job guys. I know it is crazy and you get busy out here.

We ordered 5 pizzas to feed everyone helping us move. All 5 were burnt just like this. When we called to have it rectified, the guy said he knows they weren’t burnt because he made them himself. Instead of simply making new ones or at least refunding us, he insisted we bring the pizzas back. I doubt we’ll go with Challeno’s Pizza a again.
