Told the girl at the window I ordered a large onion rings. She looks at the manager and says, “can I have a small onion rings?” She gives it to me, and I proceed to tell her second time I ordered a large.. They give me two SMALL onion rings instead. Always received good service from this location, until today. Will never give BK my business again. Especially this location..

I ordered a whopper jr with cheese got whopper no cheese ordered a quad meal large got a med meal and on quad burger got 4 Pattie’s one piece of cheese no ketchup one piece of bacon . My family and I went to the Burger King in Roxboro on Sunday January 22nd first of all they claim they didn’t have any change and you would have to give them the correct amount for your order. When you got your order the burger was cold and the fries was cold that is very unacceptable. Went in for breakfast on Tuesday January 24th spoke with the cashier about the service from Sunday the manager the manager came out I told him about what had happened he was trying to apologize for the manager that was on duty on Sunday I told him you cannot apologize for grown people. The manager was very rude and very disrespectful. I don’t know how they keep managers when they’re disrespecting the customers

When I was ordering at the drive thru, I thought I was at McDonald’s for a second, when I ordered a Oreo Milkshake & heard them say, “Our Ice Cream Machine is broken”!! 9 times out of 10 that’s what I hear. Come on Burger King……you can do better!! And the Rare times it is “working”, you can’t even get Whip Cream on top!! They used to use it but now they don’t? When I’m paying almost $20 for a Whopper with Cheese meal & an Oreo Milkshake, the “LEAST” you can do is add Whip Cream!!

I was actually in the mood for a whopper and an oreo milkshake. I rarely stop at this location anymore because they are always out of something I want. But I took a chance anyway. And like usual,this time they were out of milkshakes. I decided to try the Fanta flavor of the month instead and they were out of that too. I started to just pull off from the disappointment, but the cashier was so pleasant and nice. I nicely paid for the whooper and decided to make me a drink at home. I gave 3 stars because of the good customer service. Maybe by Christmas they will have everything fixed and have available the items they advertise.
