We went into the place we were the only people there. We were looking at the menu, and the gentleman tried to tell her something and we told him the music is so loud I can’t hear what you’re saying so, instead of turning the music down, he yelled at us, so we are back at him. We got a sandwich was shut down. The music was so uncomfortable that way through our sandwiches away and left.

Mallory is absolutely amazing I take my granddaughter lunch to East High school almost on a daily basis and Mallory is the one who works the drive thru the majority of the time! The service is GREAT!!!! The food is GREAT!!!! I order on the app online and it is always ready when I arrive! The ostaff members are GREAT!!!! THANK YOU YOU JIMMY JOHNS!!!!

The gal that took my order had to ask me everything at least twice, then got things backwards. Had to give my card info twice & then she said she had to have someone else take my order….makes me wonder who has my card information now. Cancelled my order & went elsewhere. Until employees get trained better, or they get a better “system” I would not recommend this specific store.

If you want to have disappointing customer service AND mediocre sandwiches (that are usually wrong and/or make you sick), then this Jimmy Johns is for you! I’ve been fighting with them for a couple years and I only ever order from them if I’m desperate. Nowadays, they typically disappoint me, and I’m officially done with them.
