My fiancée and myself had lunch here on our visit to Dauphin Island. The place itself was a hole-in-the-wall and not too big but was decent inside. (Quick note, Google Maps took me to the back of the restaurant, keep that in mind when visiting if you’ve never been there.) The service was quick and friendly. The food arrived pretty quickly. I had a shrimp poboy and my fiancée had the brisket. The quantities were huge but the food was average tasting. The fries and mac-n-cheese tasted as if they could be store bought and something that I could fix at home. The brisket tasted okay but it was dry. The shrimp were popcorn shrimp and there was a ton of them, however, the batter was a bit too salty , especially when eating as much as they provided. Overall, the place isn’t bad but the food is just average.

Love this place! Now closes at 8 after Labor Day. Cold, fresh and delicious salad bar, great breadsticks and entrees. Those include steak, fish, pasta. Yum. I love the lasagna and shrimp Alfredo. Great servers. No alcohol but a great yummy island dinner spot. Lunch too except Wed.

Great place for Italian, definitely one of the cleanest , friendliest places we have eaten on Dauphin Island. The salad bar was fresh with plenty of choices, the breadsticks were good and hot. The server was friendly and very efficient. All six of us left there full and satisfied.

Love this place. My friends and I were here a year ago and we made sure since we were in the area again to eat here. The lasagna is amazing as well as every thing else we h as be tried. Have not found anything on the menu that wasn’t great! The staff of also really nice.

Real BBQ. Big servings. The cole slaw and beans were delicious. Good eats. Don’t miss the funnel cake fries. Order two of those and ask for extra powdered sugar.

This community is trying to rebuild after the hurricane did so much damage, this tiny restaurant is a blessing. The shrimp tasted like they were swimming – or whatever shrimp do – this.morning….very fast service
