My husband and I were celebrating our 44th anniversary this weekend, and I discovered this gem of a place on “Romantic Restaurants in Wichita,” and Bella Vita Bistro did not disappoint! It provided a delightful, relaxing atmosphere, with prompt and attentive service. We enjoyed the cheesy bruschetta bread appetizer as well as the in-house dipping sauce. My husband ordered the crispy chicken Alfredo, and I had the mushroom Marsala veal over pasta—both were quite delectable! We topped off our anniversary celebration with fantastic desserts. We highly recommend this restaurant and definitely plan to rerun in the future!

My family and I had such an amazing experience at this restaurant. The service was amazing and the waiter we had (I didn’t catch his name) was even better. He made my 18th birthday feel so special and he was such an amazing and funny guy. I have never once left a review in my life but I felt the need to because I could not recommend this place more. Plus I had to brag about the waiter 🙂 .

My Sister Debi and I used to eat dinner at Bella Vita Bistro often. Every time we ate here the food was awesome and the service was fabulous. We are 3/4 Italian so we know good Italian food. My Sister is now gone, I haven’t been here since she passed. I would strongly recommend eating at Bella Vita Bistro. Keep up the great work. May God bless you always!

This establishment is on point everytime. Great environment, service (front/back of house), the menu and specials are just simply overwhelming satisfying. You always want more or a to-go box so you can wake up and make sure it wasn’t a dream. The Chef entertains the guest with his presence and will sarinade you with his vocals if the mood is right. I highly recommend this place and would choose this spot over many other “fine dining establishments” when it comes the Northern Italian/French/ Continental cuisines.

Really, I was expecting better with the high ratings on google. There was an awful, stale stench while walking in through the entrance which made me think twice if I should dine-in or not. The food here can be hit or missed. My Bucatini, and the meatballs, were under season even with the added salt while the alfredo was spot on with the seasoning. For most, the food and drinks will taste great. For others, I think you’ll do well elsewhere. The atmosphere was a lot darker with dim lighting. This is great if you’re wanting to just relax and eat, but it was a bit too dark for myself. The portions are good, and the bread was uninspiring. The waiters are knowledgeable and friendly but I didn’t see much smiles on their faces. The venue will be fancy and homey to most, but it could make some feel out of place. Would I come back to Bella Vita Bistro? Probably not, and I think Gordon Ramsey would agree with me.

Amazing, hole in the wall, fine dining Italian restaurant. Presentation of food was excellent. I ordered chicken parmesana with penne. Yummy. Very nice serving size. I took home half. Husband ordered salmon and shrimp. Loved it. I do have to say, their salads are different from what I’m accustomed to. Their leaves were stringy and long. Some diners might really like it, but I don’t care for it. I prefer romaine and iceberg. So I’m not going to negate the beautiful dining experience we had. I just won’t order the salad again. Extensive wine list. Reservations are highly recommended.

I don’t usually do review but felt the need this time. First time coming to this restaurant and won’t be the last. Great service, delicious food and comfortable atmosphere. Our dinner came out really quick, the staff cleared our table often so we always had room. Stefano was our server and was extremely sweet and helped my boyfriend and I decide on our entrees. The filet/mashed potatoes and the chicken parm were so so delicious! 15/10 recommend.
