Me my partner and our little one stopped here yesterday and it was nice the vibe was nice the waitress where very welcoming, I ate my food and it was delicious my partner had the duck which was flavored very well, I had shredded chicken with bok choy, and we also had ribs and pork dumplings. Everything was good. I just wish they had the noodles to dip in the dark sauce and hot mustard. Other then that I would recommend this place me and my family will go back.

This place is AMAZING! I have been ordering from here for so many years and the food is always tasting good. EVERYONE PLEASE REQUEST THE SERVER GORDON he is the kindest, most attentive server at Pig Heaven. Everyone here is so kind and the service is amazing. We always order fried rice, general tso, and spring rolls they are always tasty. The food has NEVER been cold and we are always greeted with warm smiles! I love this place and it’s the BEST CHINESE RESTAURANT ON THE UPPER EAST SIDE!!!! Thank you guys for an amazing restaurant.

We sort of stumbled upon this place before visiting the museum and what a pleasant surprise. Everything was delicious and the waiting staff was some of the most kind people I ever met. The ribs are a must try if coming here but the dim sum was also very delicious. Excited to come back and try out a few more options in the near future!

Came to Pig Heaven several times when owned by Nancy Lee. Returned this past June 23rd for my birthday. Came specifically for the Spareribs. My daughter and I were very disappointed. Food was not what it was when Nancy was there. Ribs were over cooked and fatty. Pork Fried Rice was bland, like steamed white rice with strips of pork and vegetables. Actually expected roast pork in the rice, but was mistaken. Bok Choy was in strips, not whole Baby Bok Choy like in better restaurants, and was overloaded with what I believe was Sesame Oil.

This is our second time coming out, and it never fails to leave our stomachs and hearts smiling. I read some of the reviews left to see if everyone else had a great experience like we did and I was glad most did. It’s sad to see the people who didn’t because sometimes staff have bad days, and as a server, that’s completely valid. I hope this company knows how welcoming and attentive they are to their customers. Don’t let the little things get to you. Pig Heaven is like a bite of home, and I will always want to return. Thank you guys. ( GET THE BEEF LO MEIN, SO GOOD )

Delicious! I found this place walking a straight line from the Met Museum, in search of some eats. I was immediately drawn to the great name, and unique decor. It had been awhile since I tried some Chinese, and I was pleased by my choices: pork butt, ants on a tree (what? lol!) and some baby Bok-Choy. The food was atypical New York Chinese, in that it wasn’t overloaded with sugar and salt. The portions were good, and the price, just right, especially considering the area can be pricey.

Quick service. Friendly staff. Clean. Good quality dim sum. We had popcorn shrimp which was tasty. Spring rolls were hot and crispy. The soup dumplings were some of the best I have ever had. Sesame chicken was great. Lots of sauces and condiments for everything. Limited beer selection. Many cocktails Defaulted to forks but we requested chopsticks and they were immediately provided. No complaints very solid.
