My first time trying a Noddles & Co. We got the Japanese & Korean noodles – I liked the Korean more. The food was tasty but I did feel like the portion sizes were small (especially for the price). The service was fairly quick & the restaurant was clean!

You can tell they are trying. I appreciate that. I know most restaurants are struggling. We waited what was a noticably long time for the not very busy they were. My two companions said their food was acceptable. Sauce in mine seemed pretty watered down. But great menu and we will still come back!

Hire more and capable staff. After making our order, only 3 other people were in the restaurant after us, and apparently that makes your order take over twice as long to make. Although the food was still enjoyable, my order and my wife’s order were still wrong. I asked for extra chicken – didn’t get it. My wife asked for no mushrooms and extra sauce, still got mushrooms and they gave me the extra sauce. So essentially she got everything she didn’t want and didn’t ask for. Going somewhere else next time.

My husband and I ordered our food online and took it home to eat. It was ready fast after we ordered it. I ordered the Pasta Fresca which I always enjoy. Other menu items that I recommend is the Penne Rosa, Pesto Cavatappi, and the Japanese Pan Noodles.

I’m fairly positive that there was a trainee at the register, but she was very kind and approachable. Karl was paying very good attention to her and what was going on in the kitchen. The service was fast and the staff was friendly. Great job to those two employees!

Not sure what’s going on at this location? I regularly order pesto with grilled chicken from various locations. The price has gone up and the amount of food has gone down. To add grilled chicken costs $4, hmm not sure how they figure that is $4 worth of chicken.

Food is aight (like a frozen dinner or McDonald’s) but cost $25. The overall restaurant layout is poorly designed. It was really cold inside, maybe poor insulation? We ordered food at 6:34pm and it was served at 6:58pm which seemed a little longer then it should be for a semi-fast food type place. Staff seemed tired but they were nice! Also ran out of baguettes and served flat bread instead. Sorry Noodles and Company! Not upset just disappointed.

I can sum it up with one word: “meh.” I have eaten here several times and each experience has been the same. The food is good but not great. The atmosphere is nothing special, service is prompt. But my biggest complaint is that for $9 an entree (to get the normal size, small is way too little) I want it to taste better than something I could have just made myself at home with a $1 box of noodles and $2 bottle of sauce. The sides are overpriced and underwhelming. Last time I went I got the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese, and it had little to no flavor. It was mostly dry noodles with a little bit of sauce drizzled over it, then some shredded cheddar cheese as a garnish. Wisconsin would not be proud of that mac and cheese. I would have given three stars because like I said, the food is tasty, but it is too overpriced and you will end up feeling like you got ripped off.

The food was okay. Frustrated about serving sizes as I ordered a regular and it looked like a small. The other food we ordered was great! That being said I’m giving a one star due to cleanliness. All of the trash cans were overflowing. Overflowing to the point where trash was mixing with items such as straws and napkins. I also feel that due to the lack of available trash cans people just left the trash at their tables.
