Whenever in town, I always find the need to drive the extra few miles to come to this penn station. I’ve been to others that have made me sick before, so I’m more than happy to have found one that makes it the way it’s intended. Great food and great environment. It’s clear their manager is on top of things ensuring a proper business, and projecting a positive image.

Penn station is known for fresh fries and yet everytime I come here they scoop old ones that are already made. No oil even in the fryer. Also they never cut the sandwiches.

This is the worst expirience ive ever had at a Penn Station. They were not busy even though it was a saturday night. And it took nearly 25 minutes to get my food. I drove an extra 5 minutes because this place had better reviews. It does not derserve what they had. The bread was not toasted. It was completely soggy by the time i got home. I opened the sub and all the topping stuck to the paper and came out of bread. My 12 in sub was not cut in half. I literally went home and toasted my own baguette that i had and used that. My fries were smushed in a lump at the bottom of my bag. There were 5 people working that night, and one of the staff was acting terrible to his coworkers. Incredibly passive agressive. It made me uncomfortable. I almost said something. But i didnt want to make it worse for the people working with him. Honestly, im never going there again. It was a complete waste of my time. Sorry guys wish i could say better.
