Well, we went to Pizza John’s today, and of course, it being Monday and whatnot, it was closed! As it turned out, we couldn’t have cared less even one iota, because we headed east, and stumbled upon Nonnie’s Brick Oven Pizza, and this “stumble” has led me to the BEST pizza I have EVER had in Maryland!!!!

Driving southbound on I-95, we decided to stop for dinner. Pizza sounded good so we began looking for a spot. We were very lucky when we found Nonnie’s Brick oven Pizza. The food was delicious! We ordered a pizza, a stromboli, and a calzone. All three entrees were made fresh before our eyes. We could not have asked for a better meal. One of the best parts is that we have plenty of food left over so we already have lunch for tomorrow.

Surprisingly good NY style slices! Mine had ample added tasty sausage. The slice folded well, dipping a reasonably small amount of oil. And the crust was crispy with enough flavour to be worth eating.

First impressions are everything with me. Husband and I went in on Thursday the 18th for our 8 yr wedding anniversary. First time ever. Amazing! We got the fried shrimp basket which came with a side salad, french fries and garlic bread. Then we got a ham, pineapple, onion and green pepper pizza. Everything was so fresh, the salad bowl had water at the bottom after I ate the salad. That is a good sign! The french fries were crispy on the outside but soft inside. I am now craving them which I NEVER crave fries. With the pizza you can taste every bit of the different components of it. The onions and peppers where still crunchy and the pineapple was juicy. We plan on going back every other week for date night. Prices are very reasonable as well. Highly recommend!

Amazing service, friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the pie and onion rings. The onion rings were crunchy and there were plenty in the basket. Pie sauce was tasty and the crust was crispy and delish. Prices are great and food came out quick.
