Made a takeout order at the indoor counter. Ordered two ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwiches. It took nineteen minutes to receive the order. At that point I didn’t think to check it before I drove ten miles home. Got home only to find out that what was handed to me was a couple classic chicken sandwiches. Overheard while there that four employees had quit that day and one of the folks preparing food was hinting at walking out. This was 1:50pm, 7/22/23.

This was one of the worst fast food- I mean slow food experiences I have ever had. I should have known not to order when they had like 4 things crossed off on they’re menu but ordered anyway. Did not have any coke/Pepsi products. By the time I got to the drive through window it had been 10 minutes. The lady was not friendly whatsoever and gave me my drinks and frostys and told me to move up and wait for the rest of the food. I waited for 20 minutes and nobody came. Was about to get out and go inside but a gentleman came out and asked me what my order was for a second time. He then told me it would be right out. 10 minutes later and my food finally came but by that time my frosty’s had completely melted. I ordered both of my kids the 6 piece chicken nugget meals. One got a 4 piece and the other got a 3 piece. I ordered a double burger but only came with 1 patty and my wife’s chicken sandwich had no sauce of any kind on it whatsoever. Wendy’s you had over a half hour to make my order right and you epic failed. I will never be coming back here. Ever. Save you’re time money and energy and just get McDonald’s instead.

There is no excuse for management not hiring more staff. The store is losing money when customers have to leave because there is no one to take the order at the drive though first thing in the morning. Change your hours or hire more staff.

Operation Freedom Van

We came here this evening later than expected. It was about 10 minutes before they shut the lobby. The customer service by Alex was amazing. He was able to identify the job my husband held in the military by the acronyms listed on our dog’s service vest, which is unusual and super cool. Alex was great following up with us after the meal to make sure we had a good experience. Wow!!! Don’t find customer service like this at fast food.

I hate to come on here and hate on a restaurant, but the service was absolutely awful. The woman working the drive-through window was extremely rude when she told us that they were just waiting on our spicy chicken sandwiches. The problem with that… we didn’t order any spicy chicken sandwiches. When we tried to correct her she said, “bro no, you ordered spicy.” I was in the car when my boyfriend ordered and he ordered a classic chicken sandwich. Regardless of the microphone quality or headset malfunctions, you just shouldn’t talk to customers that way. In all, we didn’t really care about the spice of the chicken sandwich, but she was so mean.
