Good food, very good margaritas! It was busy for a Wednesday night, but the queso dip was excellent, the margaritas were strong and the food was plentiful and tasty! The reason for four stars instead of five is that the tiny restaurant is packed very tightly and the food is noticeably more expensive than most other Mexican restaurants. Too many people and tables in such a small area – almost claustrophobic. Very good food though!

I’ve lived about half a mile from this place for 6 years and only heard about it this week. I’m told people start lining up at the door 30 minutes prior to opening. We showed up 2 minutes after they opened and half a dozen tables were already full. It’s small on the inside with a cute patio outside. Our server was super friendly and made it a fun experience; they seem to have a lot of regulars, so that says something about food and service. There was so much that looked good but went with the gorditas and wasn’t disappointed. And let’s talk about the margaritas….wow. So yummy. Not too sweet, definitely boozey. Will definitely be back to try more things, and to upgrade to a margarita pitcher.

The staff was nice but you’re crammed into the place, my taco shells fell apart the moment I picked them up, watery salsa and the rice tasted like bags you throw in the microwave, ended up just going to McDonald’s afterwards

The food is amazing!!! The salsa, the guacamole and the Tamales are AMAZING! Authentic and full of flavor! The staff was also very welcoming and most definitely make you want to come back! 100000% recommend!

Horrible experience. Seated us at a table with other people that we didn’t know. Food was ridiculously disgusting. Had enchiladas red sauce tasted like pure tomato sauce refried beans was crunchy like beans wasn’t cooked. Just nasty. Can’t believe people give this place high reviews

Very small spot. Short wait on a Tuesday. Chips where ok. Salsa great. The gorditas where very good and full of goodies. The fideo was cold. Must make it ahead of time. Son had the el Toro and he enjoyed them. I like the curtido style jalapeño that came on the side. (His request) all in all good food crammed dining area.
