I really enjoyed the ChaKing chicken sandwich and was surprised to see that it had been replaced by the Royal Crispy. I’m sure the sandwich could be good just not from here. My sandwich was uninspired and lacked goodness. It was lukewarm and largely dry. Fortunately I had extra royal sauce added to give it a touch of flavor. Fries were cold and drink was as expected. Service was challenging from the start through the drive through. Once I made it to the window I was quickly dispatched. Sadly I didn’t inspect my bag before pulling forward. I didn’t have any napkins or ketchup and everything was cold. I tried to go inside to resolve but the lobby was locked. Not wanting to wait in the drive thru line I went home for ketchup and a microwave to reheat the sandwich and limp fries to save this underwhelming effort.

This location does mostly drive thru. I went in so I could eat in peace as I had my two dogs. The server asked me if I wanted ketchup. So many places don’t ask. The food was fresh off the grill so it was hot. I like the fries at bk better because they’re thicker and hold heat longer. Nothing worst than a cold fry.

Hello everyone, I will tell you about my experience today 08/18/23. My colleagues and I are on vacation because this is a very nice state. I really like it. It turns out that we are looking for a quick place to eat and continue on our way. We arrived at Burger King. I really love its location is literally perfect. We arrived at the drive thru and began to order. We were 6 people. When the man who served us was very kind, the truth is, but we began to order two combos, a sandwitch. order when he told us that’s a lot I’m working alone, go to the next window (literally my blood boiled because I knew that half of us were going to run out without eating finally we continued to the next window and wow surprise at least I could see 5 Working people, I know that we must be understanding and respectful, but if I am willing to pay for food, why can’t they sell it to me? I’m passing by at 08:18/23 around 6:30 pm

I went into the restaurant and ordered tonight. I waited 15 MINUTES for a couple of whoppers and French fries, and in my 15 minutes wait I witnessed 3 customers come in with their orders wrong! Silly me, I should have checked my order more thoroughly! Sure enough when I got home our burgers were BOTH MADE WRONG!!! The cowards won’t answer the phone when you call either!!!

The staff are like angels, always greeting you with the warmest smiles. I cannot express enough how much I adore this place – not only is the food always piping hot, but the staff go above and beyond to make your days. Every time I visit, I leave with a huge smile on my face because of their kindness and impeccable service.

Where to start! The man with the long dark wavy hair isn’t at all pleasant he’s rude every time and makes you feel unwelcome it isn’t that hard to put on a fake smile and be somewhat polite to a customer that you don’t know and who could give a bad review for your rudness ! Acts like your putting him out!
