very prompt service and excellent food! As a Taiwanese American, I know it’s very hard to find stinky tofu and I’m amazed to find it here. The hot pot hit the spot and the tapioca in the bubble tea was spot on in terms of sweetness and chewiness. Definitely recommend for sure!

I was fortunate enough to dine in and get the Lamb Hot Pot & beef appetizer which were both SUPERB ! When The Hot Pot dish came out with an unexpected flame lit underneath I was gratefully & pleasantly surprised & pleased with its aroma & presentation! The restaurant has a vibrant yet sophisticated décor & the staff couldn’t be more friendly & hospitable! I enjoyed my entire experience thoroughly dining at Hi Pot Bethlehem! Additionally, the exterior has an eye-catching projection light to brighten up the sidewalk & advertise to customers which is just flawless!

We’re looking for dinner options in Betlehem after a ski trip to the Blue Mountain and came across this Taiwanese style individual hot pot. So pleasantly surprised to find this delicious treat in Betlehem. It tasted just like the ones I had in California! I got the Taiwanese spicy hot pot, very spicy level. I love spicy food and found the heat to be perfect to enjoy the soup. Not overly spicy. Portion was generous, I ended up bringing some home because I was so full. Service was fast, friendly, and attentive.
