This stores never gets my order right. About a month ago I ordered food that as to be cooked. I waited and employee bought food to car. I took too and headed home to find out I was given someone else’s order. I returned to restaurant and given wings but they were not as I had ordered them. I completed survey describing the bad service experiences and kfc was nice enough to send me a voucher for $20 to use at kfc. Tonight I returned to use my voucher. Unbelievable! They got my order wrong a 3rd time and forgot my soda after waiting for supposedly crispy chicken n Buffalo wings to cook for 12 minutes. Here is the soggy chicken I was sold. I give up. Back to Popeyes or church’s for me.

This store is beyond lazy. I ordered through uber eats to get my food. The driver was quick as can be (i ordered priority delivery) i was expecting to get fresh hot food but boy was i wrong. The sodas had no ice at all and the drink was hot, literally HOT like it had been sitting out all day. The chicken was soggy, the fries were so cold they tasted stale. Ive ordered prior and had issues similar, but gave them the benefit of the doubt this time and the food was terrible once again!! Never again!!
