Passing by on our way from picking apples. Stopped by here for lunch. The service & food were great! We told the waitress it was our anniversary & she made our pizza into a heart shape. Will definitely stop again if we’re in the area.

Bella Roma was phenomenal when it came to pizzas for my son’s birthday. I stopped in a few days before his party to order, and asked if they could make them look like pokeballs (since his party was pokemon themed). And boy did they follow through! The pizzas came out fantastic, looked better than I imagined, and were delicious!

I ordered food for my family, and a sub for my child who was going to be home the next day. I asked them to put plastic between the meat and bread, to prevent sogginess. They went above and beyond, separating all ingredients and wrapping the bread! Way to go, Bella Roma! Thank you! She had a blast, “personalizing” her sub!

Service was terrible. Was told 50 minutes for pick up. Hour and a half later I had to ask for an update. Food was terrible. Pizza was cold, dry and lacked the topping that we paid for. Our sub was also burnt. Not to mention the guests sitting at a table to had to ask to be waited on because they were forgotten! Will no longer be giving them our service.

This place has it together! I live about 10 minutes away and the delivery arrived 35 minutes after I place the order, amazing! The chop steak is the best I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!

Bella Roma has been going down hill in my opinion… from the delivery times( I’ve waited almost 2 hours before) to the Quality of the food and orders being delivered incorrectly ( pizza looked like it was a bag of shake and bake) and even the presentation of the food just looks sloppy and over priced. Save your money and just get food from the dollar store across the street…. Not trying to sound rude but this is over a period of time( 1 year) and it never gets any better and only gets worse.. many things NEED worked on but we will order from sons of sicily in Shrewsbury from now on.

Great food for great price but they can never get the orders right. You ask for extra cheese, you don’t get it. You ask for extra fried/raw onions they never put it on and you still pay. We have brought this to their attention many times but it still keeps happening. I would definitely give 5 stars because food is very good but I don’t get why they just can’t hook up my food when I am paying for it!
