From this picture you should be able to smell the delicious chicken and you will be drooling over the macaroni salad! Seriously! Such good food and atmosphere in there! Everyone treats me like family every single day I come in!

Tried out Mo Bettahs for the first time tonight. Ordered online. Pickup was slightly delayed in getting food. All the staff was super nice and let me know chicken and steak almost done on the grill. They hooked me up with a beverage which was great while I waited. (Would rather wait for nice hot and fresh cooked food then the typical all precooked warmed up stuff at other restaurants) Sat at table and downloaded the app while I waited and get a free Mini plate next trip.

Ordered for delivery. One of the plates was delivered with no meat. Now, I don’t know about you, but the meat is what sets this place apart from the others! Tried calling location, but they just hang up! Checked receipt to make sure I didn’t mess up, and it was correct…Kinda bummed!

It was an excellent meal. Too much food. Unless you have a hardy appetite get the mini unless you want left overs. Also recommend you purchase the extra sauce you’ll need it. Great place, simple atmosphere. POG is out of this world, rememoncant of the islands. Highly recommend.

so disappointed. mo bettahs has always been a fan favorite in our family until today. i probably will not be returning at least not anytime soon. i’m not sure if it was all the employees first day but they could never get the order right. i was charged a $15.00 tip when i selected no tip and when i asked it to be fixed the kid told me he didn’t know how to correct it. Then the girl serving gave my shrimp to the guy behind me so i ended up waiting 10 minutes to get my food. and not even a simple apology. so unimpressed.

I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for my order and it was because they were severely understaffed and were already running out of food. How can management plan on only having 1 person working inside and the drive through? On a Friday night??

2 hours before close, waited 20 min in a short line only to find out they have only steak and pork. Waited another 10 min for online orders to get done ahead of me. Then the front-line server, who obviously overwhelmed, but not getting any help from the 8 other people moving around the store, had to check 2 times what I had ordered. (Reflection on management, not her) When she finally got help, they asked my order a 3rd time, and then left without finishing it, so I got to ask my same order a 4th time…. no idea how it can be so mismanaged. It’s such a joke. I wish I had left rather than waiting so long for what they had left.
