Place was clean however server girl did not get order correctly. We supposed to get a cookie and was not given . When taking order server was not pleasant and not pleasant. Place was not crowded hence they should have pay more attention to the customers.Not just to us smilier there was pick up order where customer fortunately checked and informed missing item. Definitely we will not be visiting this outlet.

Went in for dinner while visiting the area and the customer service was on point. They missed a couple items on my order but they fixed it super fast and were very nice. The food was hot and delicious. This location made up for those bad locations. Loved it.

The toilet was overflowing and the counter person just ignored me about it. My chicken was very moist for crust. I was raised in this store, my father brought me here growing up. Its my first bad experience.

Hello. Bought food from this restaurant last night. Today, since 6 am, I have been hugging the toilet all day. I am taking absorbent medications. And I have a body temperature of 102. I did not go to work. Lost health and money. Creatures. How can you sell spoiled food. Clarification. Yesterday I had breakfast and lunch at home with food cooked by my wife. The service was okay except the drive thru operator automatically added a donation to the company’s foundation without asking my permission. I almost didn’t catch it because he didn’t give me a receipt, and I would not have asked if I had not been picking up food for a neighbor. The manager was apologetic and refunded the money without question, but I emphasized that they need to ask for the donation rather than taking it.

The lady behind the counter was very rude and not even interested in helping us out… asked for just a moment and she rolled her eyes. Placed my order. Got my food just thrown in one if them paper sacks. When I opened my famous bowl, the popcorn chicken was dried out and hard and there was a drizzle of gravy on it. Asked for a remake and got more attitude so I threw my food away and walked out. Never coming back.
