Just left absolutely hungry and disappointed. I ordered a beef noodle dish with vegetables and a drink. The prices were decent but the food tasted not so great. The person that I was with ordered shrimp tempora which tasted like it had been previously frozen then friend or possibly microwaved. The sweet and sour chicken was the only thing I ate that tasted like I was at a restaurant. When the waiter asked if my food was okay I had said no neither the drink or the food taste good and he just apologized and walked away. Even though the waiter had seen I had barley touched my plate he didn’t ask if there was anything else I’d want to oder or anything else. If you like sweet and sour chicken I recommend getting it to go.

1.5 hour wait for 2 bento boxes, over charged 15$ for two unordered rice orders, system may have been down but ordering at 6 and waiting until 7 for two bento boxes and then another 30 for our overcharged check. The Manager approached us asking if we had stolen the mistakenly added charges. Go to the one in Pullman.

I have only been to bento in the mall. The first 4 times there no complaints what so ever about food and quality! Service was always choppy one time great and another not. The last 3 times eating here seems like they are loosing focus on fresh cold seafood the fish has been close to room temp. Still no sickness and great flavor, just worried how long before we get a piece that’s been warm to long. … bento Read this we love the food when it’s done right with care!

I ordered their bubble tea and it came but the drink itself taste AWFUL! It had a bitter taste like cheap, bitter medicine and I added boba in the drink for an extra 1.50 and it didn’t even come with it! Wouldn’t recommend, it taste awful! I had high hopes for it too since I had it before and it was delicious. Now, its gross.

Do not go here unless you reaalllllly don’t care what you are eating. We ordered the orange chicken, chicken/beef teriyaki, and chicken ramen. I will mostly be reviewing the ramen, as that is what I ordered The ramen looked ok, but tasted very bland. The noodles looked and tasted exactly like (top) ramen noodles, and the meat tasted and felt like it was boiled in water ahead of time. The mushrooms tasted like they were marinated in something resembling a teriyaki sauce. I also tasted the orange chicken, which was significantly better than the ramen but not outstanding. I was extremely disappointed in the food. HOWEVER! Our server was extremely pleasant and attentive. Service 10/10, ramen 2/10, and orange chicken 4/10.

The Red Bento was officially the worst sushi I have ever had, the noodles were so greasy, the tables were dirty and they served water in plastic bottles. Our girls said they felt sick after eating there and I will never go back. Such disappointing food and not worth the money we paid.
