Papa Murphy’s makes great pizza. They are close to home. The floors are clean. I have to confess that the customer service could use some intentional leadership. They hire mostly kids from high school up to early twenties I would guess. These “kids” do what kids are expected to do. They are focused on their phones when the place is slow. I would suggest cleaning up the assembly line and or watching the drive thru window for people to arrive. I think it might even help if the employees were a little more customer aware. Don’t be on your phone in plain sight WHILE a customer is waiting at the drive thru and can see you sitting on the counter in the back room on your cell phone while I wait for you to come help me. Or put a driveway patrol chime at the front door and/or the drive thru so you know when someone comes in and needs your attention. Great pizza cooked at home. A bit to expensive for uncooked pizza but I only go once in a while.

I understand mistakes happen, and when I ordered a pizza and found plastic thing in the pizza after we cooked it, thank goodness nobody swallowed it. I reported it to the manager and he was very calm and cool about the situation and they gave me a free pizza for the incident. Thanks D.J. Cavanaugh, you definately won’t loose my business! Our family loves Papa Murphy’s pizza!

Customers lined up to the back wall, lobby’s full, vehicles outside waiting and customers canceling their orders. All the while the kids making the pizza have absolutely no sense of urgency at all. If I could review less than a star I would. This is a constant occurrence as I have been here twice before and this will definitely be the last time. The owner stands behind the counter and sulks at you like your an inconvenience. I’m not surprised at the low reviews as it is, honestly thought it’d be sub 2-stars.
