I have done many business lunches with Pei Wei and will continue to do so. Today was one of my largest orders and pick ups for 25+ was scheduled for 11:30. They had another large catering order for noon as well with a normal lunch time rush as well. Some of the other order accidentally got mixed in with mine and it took some time for them to get everything sorted out but without fail they made it right for me! All the employees worked their hardest and fastest today and it solidified why I love using them so much! My lunch was a huge success today and I know I just made some new Pei Wei fans out in West Jordan. Keep up the great work!

This place has pretty normal, generic Chinese. It’s like a fast food version of pf changs but honestly way better for the price. The staff here is incredibly helpful and very kind. I enjoyed the lettuce wraps and Mongolian beef!

The Grinch
This place used to be better. The worst part wasn’t that my $13 lunch plate was 85% rice. It wasn’t that I asked for no scallions and my plate was loaded with scallions. It wasn’t that they were too obviously in the weeds for me to dare send it back. I think the worst part is that one employee had a cookie sheet covered with the frozen chicken nuggets they use for everything on a table in the middle of the dining room – during the lunch rush – weighing and bagging them by portion size. It was kind of off putting that she used the dining room as a food prep area. She was also drinking a soda while she did it. And again, other than the rice, the portion sizes were not impressive. I don’t know that I’ll be going back to Pei Wei.

Came in a week ago and waited 30 minutes for brown rice. Asked if I could just accept white rice instead. I got home and the rice was still hard, and the veggies over cooked. Called the supervisor Denys right away and she said she would refund my card. She said she got a ticket and was late to work and her crew had no idea how to cook rice. I called today because still no refund… and her and another supervisor tried to tell me I didn’t even have rice in my meal. I asked who their boss is and they said they are the bosses. They said they would give me a refund and I’ll have it in 72 hours. I asked if they needed my last 4 of my card. She said “ Oh ya good thing you asked.” These supervisors are completely incompetent.

I really appreciate these guys taking care of us. The lady ringing us up let us know that for $2 more we could upgrade to the feast and basically get free crab cakes and donuts. Our kids really wanted edamame, she totally hooked us up. With all of the increases in costs in this country it was pretty awesome to actually get a great deal. The food came out really fast and was as delicious as always. They came and checked on us a couple times. This is a top notch pei wei!!! Thanks for the great food and service. ❤️

I got the beef and brocoli with noodles. The food smelt great and it even looked great. But, the flavor was way lacking. The noodles had an unpleasant taste, and the beef was chewy and hard to eat. It was rather disappointing.

Great service – Andy was our cashier/server and was so helpful, he obviously loves his job and it shows. The food was great, I ordered the orange chicken and my husband got the Mongolian beef, which is one of his favorite foods and it definitely did not disappoint. We will definitely be returning.
