What an awful experience. This WAS my favorite place to eat at the 12 Oaks Mall. Not anymore. The man running the show is incredibly rude and not kind at all. Having only the kiosk to place orders and not a human is one thing, but to have the humans that prepare the food not honor debit transactions on said kiosk because “it didn’t print a receipt” is another entirely. The transaction was deducted from my bank account but they “didn’t see it on their kitchen screen” so to make the problem go away I basically got what they wanted to give me. They said I had no proof I ordered anything – except the charge on my account. Wasted half of my lunch time arguing with the man. Disappointing.

I love Charley’s food, it’s alway good and right on point. However when it comes to the employees you guys really need to think hard on who you hire. There were two employees a male and female, who were extremely rude. And not welcoming it at all, and highly disrespectful! They obviously did not want to be there, and as a customer has nothing to do with me but come correct when you’re working with the public.

I dined in on 3-11-22 let me start off by saying Alan was a phenomenal server! Alan was so personable told me about the rewards app and helped the customer get the best bang for the buck! But the reason for the 3 stars is because of the (i’m assuming) “manager” she was SO rude and mean to Alan in front of a line of probably 10 people I turned and looked at my friend and said if my manager talked to me like that in front of customers I would just walk out and he said if his manager talked to him that rude even in private he would quit. But the manager had nothing to say to the 4 employees in the back doing nothing while she was yelling at him while trying to help the line of 10-15 customers .

They don’t put a lot of meat on the sandwiches; much more bread then meat. I purchased a strawberry lemonade and tasted mostly lemonade. They need to put more strawberries in that large cup. Not very happy with the $48 spent.
