I stopped by this place to charge my car on a morning, I went in to get a large cup of tea and a Dunkin’ Tomato Pesto Grilled Cheese sandwich. Everything was great. On my way back two days later, I stopped by it again. The dinning room was closed, but I got my tea from the drive-through window while charging my car.

Couldn’t even finish our order without being rushed, extremely rude staff to customers as well as each other. Both times we requested and double checked out drinks were made with oat milk and Both times they were not, staff was huffy and rude when having to remake them.

I order the same thing everyday and they always get it wrong. And when I ask for certain stuff on the side(like caramel swirl) so I can correct their mistakes they tell me they can only put it in the drink. They either make it too sweet or there is never taste any caramel. AND I always ask for almond milk and they never give me almond milk. I know it’s an upcharge too. Not to mention they are all rude besides the manager. She has been the only nice person I’ve interacted with at this location. People are interacting with you guys first thing in the morning. Be nicer. It’s coffee.

They make you sit at the drive up speaker for over 10 min. At a time. One time was 21 minutes and both people said they were swamped with customers and there was 1in the store and same in drive thru. So rude and disrespectful. Bunch of liars and charge you for stuff that you never ordered then turn around and say we can’t take it off the bill after it’s been generated this place needs to be investigated
