I know there have been bad reviews but we tried again and it was better this time. Loving the bbq chip tots but wish it was tossed better in the seasoning instead of drizzled some over the top. Lacked coverage and just looked like hot sauce dripped over the top. Everything else was really good and fast. Hope things continue to get better!

They need to retrain mangers to deal with people who get upset instead of calling the gm in and her making more of a scene due to the fact that her manager did not want to come out and resolve the issue so the GM showed up and started yelling and causing a scene outside of Sonic even more so than there already was maybe the gm needs retraining as well she seemed awful upset to be there when as a GM u get called in at anytime. I was just there to talk as an adult but was ignored by management n that is what upset me so please do retrain your management as tho I’ll never eat there again hopefully you can resolve this as it is under new management.
