Came here and ordered a 5pc tender. They served me fried dog scraps. The chicken was hard as ever. Literally the chicken wasn’t fresh at all. The chicken was cooked hours maybe even days prior and they just throw it in some grease to make it hot and serve it to the guest. This is crazy. Don’t get me started on the pop rock a** popcorn shrimp. It was 80% batter and 20% shrimp. Close this place down man. 25 for this ????

I ordered a big box white meat red beans and rice, and Mac and cheese. The chicken was cooked perfectly no complaints. However, there was only a tablespoon of Mac and cheese like it was the bottom of the pan and they had to scrape to get it. I got 2 tablespoons of red beans and rice and no biscuit. No joke, I got pictures. Then like the outside speaker that you cant hear you can leave a message on the answering machine. But yet ya’ll want us to patronize you. REALLY.

I ordered through the app, I went to pick the food up they didn’t have any Mac and cheese, was told to cancel the order but couldn’t do it through the app. I asked to just substitute the5 Mac and cheese for another side. I waited for 45 mins to hrs for my food. When I got home that gave me 16 thighs, which was supposed to be a 4 legs, 4 thighs, 4 breast and 4 wings, the side were serve in Styrofoam cup which wasn’t equivalent to what I paid for. I had to get out the car to remind them I was waiting at the front door. Not to mention the side weren’t right.

The most AWFUL Popeyes I’ve ever been to. There’s a young lady with a piercing on the top of her lip that has a TERRIBLE attitude. The way she speaks to other employees and her nasty attitude with customers is atrocious. But I’m sure they’ll never reprimand her cause of the calliber of service we allow in our neighborhood. And I’m sure management simply doesn’t care.

They never have anything made, very slow service can’t handle more then two cars in the drive through I’ve waited half a hour for my food and was asked to pull around, I’ve watched the manager of the store so a drug transaction in the parking lot, and they have cigarettes just sitting around registers not even trying to hide them, it’s very unsanitary and there’s a male i dont Know his name but he runs there drive thru sometimes he is very disrespectful, i will Not be coming back and really wish they’d restaff this facility.
