This Little Caesars Pizza location is the worst. We ordered 3 pretzel pizza WITH cheddar cheese. We were told to come in and pick up the 3 original ordered pizzas. We were told they would have to charge us for the 3 anyways. We eat there at least once a week. But I guess they don’t care about customer service. I will never spend another dime there.

Their Crazy Bread Combos are awesome! Deep pan pizzas will serve you for two days! In my opinion the thin crust pizzas taste the best! Far better than Pizza Hut and Casey’s!!! The Sausage thin crust is my favorite with Pepperoni a close second!!

Poor parking, food is good. If they give it to you. Went there to pick up my order. Guy says it’s not mine. But it was. Ended up getting Casey’s pizza and losing $30. Took 3 weeks for a refund.

Ordered classic pepperoni pizza and Italian cheese bread. The guy at counter today 07-01-23 at 7pm at derby ks location stated they were out of ready classic pepperoni but had the extramostbestest pepperoni ready to go. We agreed. He said the total without touching computer or anything standing back from the counter where we can see his hands that it’s $17.83. My mother questioned the price were as we usually pay $12 for or typical order. He replied that’s my bad leaned to the side and said it’s $16.83. My mother paid and we left. Scratching our heads at how it was so much more than normal even with the different pizza. We looked up price for carryout online for exactly what we recieved with taxes. It came to $13.49. He is scamming people and I do not take that lightly. Do not be a victim of his crime. He should be fired on the spot for taking money that isn’t his. Will not be back. Do not recommend. 0 stars. Oh here’s the kicker… we opened the box at home and it’s the regular pepperoni we always get charged for the other pizza + some for him to pocket. Didn’t recieve a receipt. And the cheese bread was burnt

The place was busy and understaffed. The pizza made me and my wife sick it’s like the pizza dough becomes very rubbery and the pepperonis tasted stale and rubbery as well. Gave me extreme heartburn and I just think that all the ingredients including the sauce is so processed and cheaply made I will not be feeding my family this pizza again.

I ordered pizza here on Friday June 10, 2022! The photos below show how I received my pizza and that the one person working in this little ceasars did not care what the pizza looked like once we received it! Also he was the only person working and he was throwing dishes in the back, and very rude to all the costumers coming in and including me. This is very unprofessional and our cheese sticks were hard as a rock and the cheese was burnt on them and some of the pizza as well! I do not recommend ordering pizza here unless you want to receive unprofessional attitude and burnt pizza!

My daughter waited 1.5 hours for 3 pizzas. They messed up a pizza twice, the second time the employee refused to remake it. A manager did help, and my daughter finally left with her pizzas. When her and her friends started eating the pepperoni one, it tasted strongly of cleaning chemical. I tasted it to see what she was talking about, and it may have been oven cleaner. It made my tongue numb, even though I spit it out. I’m in the process of reporting it to the KS Dept of Agriculture. I tried to call the Derby office, but it would only ring. Finally, a young man answered, but after I told him I needed to speak to a manager he just sat the phone down, and no one ever spoke to me. Ya’ll are poisoning people.

Ordered online went and picked up our pizzas on the way home (we live about 15 min away) got home and opened the boxes to find out we got a wrong pizza, the box shows the correct pizza but not what was in the box. I called 10 times in 45 min and got put on hold (hung up on) and continued to call with no answer. I’m not pleased at all with my experience at this little caesars.UPDATE I called the next morning and was told to come in and they will look at my order, so I went in (unfortunately at a bad time around 5pm) and was asked what was going on and when I explained it to the supervisor he pretty much said so you got a better pizza than you ordered and when I said maybe bit it still wasn’t the right pizza he informed me it was a bad time and they were busy amd asked me what I wanted to do so I told him I wanted my pizza correct and he told me to give them 30 min and come back so I did but when he gave me the pizza he looked at me and said this is the only pizza you’re gonna get with an attitude so neeess to say I will drive further away to get my pizza if that’s they way they wanna treat their mistakes
