Terrible customer service waiters were horrible place wasn’t even crowded and we waited for our drinks for 15 minutes and then they never asked us if we wanted a refill. Food was good but horrible service won’t be going back there anymore

The staff was fantastic! We came with our little dog, they accommodated to have her (as she is not a service dog), the proactively gave my dog water and we’re super kind and thoughtful with her! Be asides all of that, the service was great, the waiters were extremely polite, aware of the weather conditions and super proactive in bring us inside before rain! And the food was fantastic! I had the chicken Milanese and my husband the steak and fries and we loved it!!!! Super recommend! Congrats for the great place and service!

Nice ambiance drew us to this restaurant, and we enjoyed our meal here. The manager came around and asked us how things were, and she was a lovely old lady. The waiters are a bit quiet and perhaps introverted, but they were nice and helpful to us with the menu. They were also very speedy about refilling our waters. Food was well cooked and filling – the lamb shank was tender, and the pork tenderloin was very juicy.

We got here just in time on a Saturday night before it got too busy. The customer service was nice. I was able to order a well done steak which came out medium well so I had them make it well done and I ordered the Linguine as a side instead of fries. And the sangria drink was nice and I ordered ice cream do desert I taste the salt caramel but I ordered the mango and coconut sorbet.

I was fasting during the month of ramadan and looking for a place in dumbo to eat something with friends. Absolutely horrible experience. Horrible customer service. The waiter just disappeared the entire time we were eating. It was almost mission impossible to have our water refilled when eating. The waiter never bothered to come over and ask if everything was okay. We had to call over a random employee to ask for water. On top of that, being in an Italian restaurant, you would expect that their pasta and lasagna would be amazing to have. I could have literally made that “house special” lasagna with beef at my own house. The portion they made was so small that It felt like an appetizer. The calamari appetizer was more filling than the main course. Wish I never even had my eyes come across this place. Save your money and go somewhere else that is worth spending what they charge. Never again.

Very bad experience. Menu says steak with French fries and vegetables but the server told us they don’t have that but he will fixe it just for us ,well you just trying to take “fake” give us extra sir service , same goes for my lamb shank that was pretty good. We ordered medium steak but we got chewy well done with one piece of every vegetable, wine wasn’t good at all. Also for appetizers we ordered crab cakes and it was a disaster,frozen boxed ONE Crab cake,with huge pieces of lettuce. Never going back,this is a beautiful place with potential to be good if managed right but most important is Food ,it has to be good!
