Sat for 4 hours waiting for a meeting and watched staff bust their tails, in fact my cashier was dripping in sweat! and albeit a long wait my fries and burger were hot and fresh. I was taught to bus my own table, but the other customers were such pigs, a shame. The nice native kid filled my ice when the machine was down.

I can’t recall if I have ever given a “one-star” review. Today, the food quality was this restaurant’s only redeeming quality. If you like a Hardee’s burger, they did good there…. but fast? Nope. Not even moderate, and Hardee’s is supposed to be “fast food”. I’ve waited less time in busy “sit down” restaurants. This is conjoined with a Love’s, so you’ve got to know most of your clientele are traveling and not wanting to wait around… Friendly? Nope. If you’re fast and the food is good, I typically don’t care much about the friendliness of the staff, but it seemed rather apparent these folks didn’t care about their job or the folks they’re serving. And, dirty.

If I could do zero stars I would. Had to wait 15 minutes for the nastiest food ever. Our buns were stale and my son’s burger was barely warm with cold cheese on it. Fries were limp and cold. I couldn’t stomach my burger it tasted so gross, and my 2 year old barely touched anything. Flies were all over the restaurant. Waste of $30 and hoping we don’t get food poisoning on our road trip. Avoid!

0 STARS! Do NOT eat here! I didn’t get ranch for my chicken tenders. My husband didn’t get horseradish on his burger. I got a small drink instead of a large. There was NO lettuce or tomato on my club sandwich. Just dry chicken and a tiny squirt of mayo. The place was FULL of flies all over the food. We waited 30 minutes for our food! Ridiculous! People working there were rude and ignored us when we asked for our order to be fixed! My husband had to YELL in his scary voice to get someone to acknowledge him. Complete idiocy! They can’t even get a simple chicken sandwich right. Don’t ever eat here!

When waiting in line the cashier was rude and laughed to the man in front of us who wanted napkins when the restaurant ran out. Food was not very appetizing terrible fries and on the chicken sandwich the pickles and mayo were on the bottom. Straight goofy!

Slow service as usual. 20 minutes from ordering to table (dine in) SW patty melt with no cheese of any kind… you know the “melt” part of the patty melt. Wasn’t notified of cheese “issue” until I took 1st bite and saw none. Notified individual at counter. “Ya, sorry. We are out of it.” Never even put yellow slice of cheese on it. Customer should be notified when ordering if the order cannot be completed to spec’s. No compensation or adjustment made to bill or order.
