Long wait. The food was ok. The order was right. Bathroom was in bad shape. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich and jalapeno roast beef sliders. Those were good. And I’m a sucker for curly fries (and so are my dogs).

My husband had to ask to change the order at the window because I wanted to try the bacon ranch and when he asked not only did they respond to that with a bad attitude, they make the changed order in such a way they gave me a patty with burnt microwaved cheese on top.

Smooth sailing, no rats perfectly describes my dining experience. Stevie took my order and being new, management was there to provide support. The restaurant was clean and kitchen run in an orderly fashion. This Arby’s will leave you satisfied!

Worst arbys I’ve ever eat from. I ordered Doordash and the first order never got my shake and the sandwich looked like someone ran it over. RE Ordered it and I tried to call to explain and make sure they get it right the second time and they hung up the phone .

Went through the drive thru on my way home from work. Rude staff. Mine and my sons food was cold. The white girl with tattoos on her neck was very rude and disrespectful. Rolling eyes and a rude attitude. Definitely don’t recommend this Arby’s.

We stopped here coming home from Wintergreen, NC. When we walked in, there was only one other person at the counter who had already ordered. We ordered and had to wait about 12 minutes for our food. The poor guy ahead of us got his food right before we did and said he was there for about 5 minutes before we arrived. He tried his food before he left and complained about it being cold but the cashier rolled her eyes and wall walked away. We got our food and went out to the car and of course it was cold as well. From the treatment the other guy received, I figured there was no point in going back inside. Based on the service alone, I would not recommend eating here.
