I ordered a 24 piece ghost pepper wings n literally every single one was a drum . I called the location to tell them there were no flat pieces and the GM was rude called me a liar and to told to bring my food back just to show me I was lying because she packed it herself . Never again just unprofessional n miserable .

Not much to say about Popeye’s except for the fact that it’s a Popeye’s food’s fairly good it’s got some decent sides (yes if you do want to eat the Popeyes biscuit get something to drink). The employees are good at their jobs and have been helping customers kindly and efficiently. But I certainly can’t give a recommendation for what to eat for while I haven’t eaten while inside of the restaurant I have eaten while inside of my house with my roommates and they are annoying so I will have a new review later

Ordered three chicken strips – got a few pieces of small ends the size of shrimp that were dry and tasted like they were cooked yesterday and left under the lights. Charged for medium combos when we didn’t ask for them. Charged 50 cents for extra dipping sauce when we didn’t ask for it.

The hospitality and the people are wonderful ,service is always helping people out when they fall short which is hard to find now in days everything is freshly made when you bite into their famous chicken it’s like going into another world cooked to perfection crisp and juicy just like home cooking

Came in to place a order, 2 people were waiting on their order but no one was at the counter one manager was outside smoking ,one was obvious on break, and one girl was running around taking care of drive thru finally somebody came out what looks like the walk in freezer and started frying the chicken (still no one came to the counter),I realized it’s a shortage of help but why couldn’t somebody said hello or something? So ended up leaving…..

Yes try to order online through Popeyes the coupon clear states that the advertisement ends on 5 7 23 ordered online get to the store they claim that that stop weeks ago which is totally untrue because it says 5 7 23 I won’t be returning to that Popeyes no time soon that’s the one on Palm Beach boulevard also I would like to add 30 minutes before it close I happen to notice that they’re doing a lot of batch cooking about 15 to 20 sides of macaroni and cheese about 10-15 side of mashed potatoes already boxed up under the heat lamp definitely not healthy it’s a total violation of food service and nobody wants food sitting under the heat lamp

Sad, sad sad. People in the know stay away from this location. It’s as if the 3 employees there have Never worked a fast food shift before. Not even 1 person inside ordering food at noon on a Friday! The drive thru line took 20 minutes just for me to order (only 2 cars ahead of me). After ordering 2 chicken sandwiches, I was told to pull ahead and wait for my order to be brought out. After waiting over 35 minutes, I went inside. Total chaos reigned. When they finally acknowledged me, they then finally started to make my order. WOW! This location seriously needs some Major guidance!!!

I’ve been here a few times. Only because the food is good. But they are ghetto. Speak to you with attitude and they are always out of something. The other day I went and ordered spicy chicken. They told me to pull to the front so they can bring it to me. Literally waited 15 minutes before I walked in to see if they forgot about us and my order. They looked at me with an attitude and told me they had to make the chicken again. Would’ve been nice to know before I decided to wait 15 minutes for food.

This location is probably one of the worst locations in Lee County. And Lee County only has two or three locations. So that gives you an idea of how bad it is. Every time I go here I have to go to the window because I sit at the drive-thru and no one ever answers the speaker because their speaker trigger is broken so they don’t even know half the time when someone pulls up to the drive-thru. They take forever to give you your food Just for it to be cold! the attitudes they have are horrible. They are very friendly with each other but when it comes to the public they are very cold stoned. I most definitely probably won’t be going back to this location.
